Situated in the Bunn Park Neighborhood has serious building code violations with trash and debris about the property and into alleyway which is a city right of way and onto front porch the location has been in violation more then 90 days in direct conflict with city ordinance, The residents of this neighborhood are working to improve there community and this site stands as a reminder that there are some who feel that this is ok. This is not ok and action by Springfiled Department of Public Works. Building & Zoning  is pending. notice has been sent to The Bunn Park Neighborhood Association and Ward 2 Advisory council of Neighborhoods. chairman of the Springfield Public Works Committee. and the Springfield City Council. Ward 2 Alderman Gail Simpson for action, The Neighborhood Association has said it shall fallow up on progress and make sure the Springfield Public Works Building & zoning place this on a fast track for corrective action. there will be a weekly follow up until a correction at this site is completed.   Bunn Park Neighborhood Association President said the Association shall step up efforts to clean up these violations from our neighborhood and community and the best way to do this is to communicate our concerns to property owners as well as neighbors within a block were the violation accurs  This type of situation is serious environmental issue when property is allowed to go so long and owners think knowone cares about a house sitting in a neighborhood in this serious stage of deterioration.

The entire site needs to be cleaned up so as not to impose on the residents of the neighborhood the Health and safety violations here are a concern for all neighbors.
